Christopher Wraback is an Associate in the Capital Markets group at Besen Partners. Mr. Wraback works jointly with Matthew Slonim to spearhead the Placement Services team, where he seeks to build the firm’s relationships with debt and equity sources and manages placement transactions on behalf of the Capital Markets team. He also works with select small and mid-sized developers and investors nationwide helping them scale their business, providing advice on structuring their transactions’ capital stack, and providing debt and equity introductions. In addition, he works with the firm’s principal team sourcing off-market transactions through his relationships and raising equity.
Prior to Besen, Mr. Wraback ran his own investment advisory and acquisition company in New Jersey, CMW Holdings. At CMW, he advised new and experienced investors on residential real estate investing and sourced acquisitions on their behalf, while also acquiring several single and multifamily properties. He also worked with homeowners in foreclosure providing various solutions tailored to their specific circumstances. Prior to forming CMW, Mr. Wraback worked at a family office in New York.
Mr. Wraback is active in various real estate organizations and volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and the St. Vincent DePaul Society. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.
