Investment SalesGabriella Schwalbe joined the Investment Sales team at Besen Partners in 2022. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Gabriella worked at the Department of Buildings (DOB) as an Agency Attorney where she represented the DOB at OATH Administrative Law Court. She is well versed in New York City’s construction laws and regulations. Gabriella specializes in the sale of mixed use and multifamily buildings in New York City that hold multiple code violations.
Gabriella holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and B.A in History/ Art History from Rutgers University.
