Andrew Del Virginia

Andrew Del Virginia is an Investment Sales Associate at Besen Partners, bringing a dynamic background in operations, sales, and client relations to the team. Prior to joining Besen, Andrew spent several summers in the marine industry, serving as the general manager of a boat rental company. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving business growth, which sharpened his leadership skills and operational expertise.

Andrew’s foundation in sales strategy and relationship management enables him to navigate complex transactions and deliver results for clients with professionalism and efficiency. His proactive approach and dedication to client service make him a strong asset in any deal-making environment.

Originally from Wayne, New Jersey, Andrew earned his degree from The Pennsylvania State University and is currently based in New York City. Outside of the office, he enjoys boating, cheering on the New York Knicks, and spending his weekends at the Jersey Shore.
