Kenneth R. Levine, Esq.

Kenneth R. Levine, Esq. serves as our in-house General Counsel. Ken brings a wide range of legal experience, having served as General Counsel for a FINRA registered broker dealer after working as an attorney at the prestigious New York based law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP. Ken has extensive transactional and capital formation experience as well, not only as counsel, but also as a broker and principal at a boutique investment bank. A graduate of Harvard College, Ken earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review. Ken also served as a law clerk to the late Hon. David N. Edelstein, the former Chief Judge for the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.
