Having sold various hotels in New York City over the years, Besen Partners launched the Hotel Advisory Group in 2018 to target an underserved niche: middle market investors & operators nationwide. Selling hotel properties requires specific expertise that traditional investment sales brokers cannot provide. We work with private owners, private equity investment funds, hotel executives, special servicers and lenders to optimize the sale process. Our team brings experience from the operational side, along with established relationships at the major umbrella companies.
