Manhattan, NY – Samuel Finkler, formerly a senior vice president of TrueRate investment sales, has joined Besen Partners as a senior director, national investment sales. Finkler has sold over 50 total properties in his eight years of experience in the business. At Besen Partners, Finkler and his team will represent owner-operators of all asset types nationwide, emphasizing client relationships and building a competitive bidding process around each listing.
Previously, Finkler helped close three transactions in one month valued at $44 million. These three properties were comprised of a 122,000 s/f Walmart SuperCenter in Saukville, WI, and a combined total of 204 units across two multifamily properties in Lowell, Mass. and Spartanburg, S.C.
“At Besen Partners we have direct access to local Tri-State area capital that is ready to be deployed into different markets nationwide,” said Finkler. “I look forward to helping to grow the team and being a part of the exciting trajectory here.”
Finkler began his career in CRE at Marcus & Millichap, where he spent five years selling multifamily and mixed use properties in South Brooklyn. He is a member of Chabad Young Professionals and GW Real Estate Alumni.
