Harris Sonnenklar is a member of Besen Private Capital Group, specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties across the Midwest. With expertise in investment sales and capital markets, he advises property owners and investors on asset valuation, market trends, and strategic transactions to maximize value.

Before joining Besen, Harris worked as a leasing associate, representing both tenants and landlords in retail and office leasing. His diverse real estate background and market knowledge enable him to structure and execute complex deals effectively.

Originally from Port Washington, New York, Harris holds a degree from Indiana University and is based in New York City. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, supporting the New York Mets, and exploring his passion for cooking.
