Jack Kohn

Jack Kohn is an Associate with Besen Private Capital Group, specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and retail investment properties throughout Northern Brooklyn. Working alongside Managing Director Samuel Finkler, he is involved in underwriting, valuation, marketing, and transaction execution, helping clients navigate every stage of the sales process.

Having grown up around the ownership side of the commercial real estate business, Jack developed firsthand experience in acquisitions, underwriting, financing, and property operations. This background provides him with a practical understanding of investment strategy and allows him to effectively advise owners and investors in achieving their objectives.

Originally from Westchester County, New York, Jack graduated from Syracuse University and is a licensed New York real estate salesperson. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, fitness, and following basketball.
