Michael Desmond

Michael Desmond is an Associate with Besen Private Capital Group, specializing in commercial real estate investment sales throughout Long Island. He brings a strong background in finance, investment analysis, and real estate, enabling him to provide clients with thoughtful market insights and analytical support throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Besen Partners, Michael served as a Financial Analyst Intern at HRC Financial Group, where he gained experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and deal execution. His analytical background and attention to detail allow him to approach deals with precision and a client-first mindset.

Michael earned his degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Trinity College, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team and actively participated in the Investment Fund and Real Estate Club. Originally from Rye, New York, he is based in White Plains. Outside of work, Michael enjoys golfing, traveling, watching sports, and cheering on the Knicks, Yankees, and Rangers.
