Sam and his team represent owner-operators of all asset types nationwide, emphasizing client relationships and building a competitive bidding process around each listing. He joined Besen Partners in 2023, previously beginning his career at Marcus & Millichap and then serving as the Senior Vice President of TrueRate investment sales. Sam has sold over $150M of total asset value in his 8 years of experience in the business and has closed on the sale of over 50 total properties. Sam graduated from The George Washington University in 2016 and was a member of the ice hockey team as well as the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity.
